5.1 Registration

Programme fees are as stated on our website or in our programme materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All fees are in Euro (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of registration unless an installment plan has been explicitly agreed upon.
5.3 Cancellation and Refunds
Our cancellation and refund policy for programmes is as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the programme start date will receive a full refund minus a €50 administrative fee.
- Cancellations made between 14-30 days before the programme start date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the programme start date are non-refundable.
- In exceptional circumstances (such as serious illness or bereavement), we may, at our discretion, offer a transfer to another programme or a partial refund.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing to education@cradepsits.com.
5.4 Programme Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to programme content, dates, venues, or instructors where necessary. In the event of significant changes, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible. If we cancel a programme, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another programme.
5.5 Participant Conduct
When attending our programmes, workshops, or events, you agree to:
- Follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by instructors
- Use materials, tools, and equipment properly and as directed
- Respect the rights and dignity of other participants and instructors
- Avoid any behavior that could disrupt the learning environment
We reserve the right to remove participants who engage in disruptive, dangerous, or inappropriate behavior, with no refund.
5.6 Health and Safety
Participants are required to inform us of any health conditions or accessibility requirements that may affect their participation in our programmes. For practical workshops involving tools or materials, participants may be required to wear appropriate safety equipment, which will be specified in pre-programme information.
